Below is a copy of the front side of the Registration Certificate you will receive after your application has been accepted and processed with AGHR. The image is only a "Sample Copy" and not to be used except as in reference to the actual Certificate of Registration.
The actual size of the Certificate is 9x11". On the back of the Certificate of Registration will contain detailed descriptions of all body markings, scars, brands, etc. The number of pictures included on each Certificate will vary according to the amount needed to ensure quality identification.
A minimum of 3 photographs must accompany your application and include a full
sided view of each side as well as a face shot taken directly in front of the
horse. Additional pictures included may show of the current owner with the horse. (Placement of pictures on Registration Certificates is completely AGHR's decision, although if you would like to suggest your preference for
additional pictures, we will make every attempt to fill your request.)
Although we will make every attempt to deliver it to you
as early as possible, please allow 6-8 weeks to process your order. Shipping is
included in the $25.00 cost of Registration. Please send a self addressed
stamped envelope if you want any photographs returned.
