accurately as possible. If your horse has NO markings, write NONE on the
markings section!

READ THIS BEFORE SENDING APPLICATIONS!
Include at least 3 pictures clearly showing both full sides of your horse including legs, face, and hooves, and one front on face picture showing all face markings clearly! Your papers will NOT be processed if the images do not clearly show the entire sides of the horse INCLUDING face, legs, and hooves! Take close -ups of hooves is they carry markings.
Tips for pictures;
Tie or have someone hold the horse so that the head is up and not grazing. It's best to have the horse looking forward and the legs separated so all leg markings are visible.
When taking the pictures try to have the sun to your back for each side so that the light is on the horse not behind it.
When taking the face picture pull back the forelock so that the entire face is showing from the tips of the ears to the tip of the nose.
Use as plain a background as possible such as in an open field rather than with a barn, fence, etc., in the background.
REMEMBER - These pictures are for making a clear identification of your horse. They must be quality images in order to transfer clearly. These are the single most important step in your application so please take the time to send clear images showing the horse as it is required. Do not send pictures with a saddle on or with the horse blocked by a fence. We will NOT process these and they will not be returned unless you have included a return S.A.S.E.
Send a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope if you are unable to print out an application from the above page and would like to have one mailed to you. Please specify how many applications you need. In order to keep registry fees to a minimum, we will not be sending out any application requests without the S.A.S.E. enclosed.
