Ride for intermediate through advanced riders:

All Day Ride - We trailer horses to U.S.F.S. designated horse trails (you follow in your vehicle). This is a 15 mile loop that travels alongside the beautiful Chattooga River, crosses mountain peaks deep into the Chattahoochee wilderness. Lunch is provided from the Dillard House and enjoyed as we rest alongside of the river on beautiful sandy beaches. This ride is for the experienced rider only! You will be in the saddle 4-8 hours depending on the needs and level of ability of each individual group!

This ride leaves out on an "availability only" schedule on weekdays and weekends and by reservation only! It is advised to call several days in advance if possible to request this Day Ride as we need scheduling time to coordinate horses with riders and transportation to the National Forest. Please feel free to stop by the stables anytime your in the area, and interested in taking this ride, although we can't guarantee drop in reservations, we will try our best to fit you in. 

Winter months rides are by reservation only and you must get conformation to assure riding times. 
The minimum age required for this ride is 14 years old
$250 per person Mon. through Fri.

Prices of rides do not include tips

All persons taking trail rides need to be aware of certain requirements needed to ensure a safe riding experience. Dillard House Stables takes every precaution to pair each and every rider to a horse that matches their size, age, and riding experience. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone we feel would be endangering themselves or our horses by riding.
